1. Our Commitment

MCPatch.me respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement.

It is important to note that this website does not host any files on its own servers. All download links point to third-party external servers. However, we take copyright concerns seriously and will remove links to content that is reported as infringing.

2. Reporting Infringement

If you believe that content linked to from this site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing all of the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized person
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the specific URL(s) on our site that link to the allegedly infringing material
  • Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email address)
  • A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
  • A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

3. How to Submit

Submit your DMCA notice via:

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury of good faith belief, and your contact information.

5. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate or block access to users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.

6. False Claims

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability. Do not submit a notice if you are not sure whether the material infringes your copyright.
